This training qualifies Mark to work for both government agencies and the private sector where expropriation is likely to occur. Since 1996, Mark has been a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario. Acting as “arbitrator” for real estate dispute is a growth area for the company.
Boyak & Associates is acknowledged as one of the areas leading authorities regarding real estate arbitration, appraisal and consulting services. Our services are trusted within the provincial real estate community and by government, major financial institutions and real estate investors. Our consultative services cover all disciplines of real estate appraisal and property valuation serving both the private and public sectors in our region.
We invest substantial capital in research resources, as well as maintaining an extensive in-house library, which includes market evidence back to January 1969.
